From humble beginnings as a small display garden in 1987, Botanica has grown to be a destination location for visitors from around the country and the world. The many successes that Botanica has experienced over the years could not have happened without your support. It is your support that has helped Botanica become a special place where memories are made and cherished. Our most significant successes have been the opening of the Downing Children’s Garden (2011).  Since the opening of the Downing Children’s Garden five years ago, Botanica’s memberships have more than doubled and guest attendance has tripled to over 234,000 during 2017.

There are many ways to contribute to Botanica, and one of the ways, is to support the Downing Children’s Garden. General support is the most important.  Yearly maintenance is always needed to replant, repaint, and repair all of the magical things located in the Children’s Garden. You can click on the donate button on this page and make your general donation.  Any donation over $1,000 and you will receive your name on Children’s Garden Supporter plaque that we will add names to at the end of every year.
