Bees are one of the most important creatures on earth. One of every three bites of food you eat relies on bee pollination. Bees also provide nourishing habitats for other animals and birds. Bee populations are dwindling and they need help from humans.  

It is called the Alexander Bee House with the Virginia McAdam Garden because of the generous gift from Tim and Lou Alexander in celebration of their family and in memory of their mother, Virginia McAdam.
